1. Who We Are

UgoTech Energy Limited ("UgoTech", "we", "us", "our") is a solar energy company based at Alaba International Market, Fline No. 1645b, Ojo, Lagos 102104, Nigeria. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any quotation, product purchase or installation service you request from us.

2. Quotations & Pricing

Prices shown on this website, including on our Products page, are starting estimates and are not final until confirmed in writing after a site survey. Final pricing depends on site conditions, load requirements, equipment availability and any customisation requested. Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Site Surveys & Installation

Accurate system design depends on an honest description of your property and, where required, an on-site survey. Installation timelines communicated to you are estimates; delays caused by weather, site access, third-party electrical work, or factors outside our reasonable control are not the responsibility of UgoTech.

4. Payments

• Payment schedules (deposit, milestone and balance payments) will be agreed in writing before work begins.
• Ownership of equipment remains with UgoTech until payment is received in full.
• Late or incomplete payment may result in a pause of works or servicing until resolved.

5. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties on panels, inverters and batteries are passed through to you as provided by the manufacturer (commonly up to 25 years on panels and up to 5 years on inverters/batteries, subject to product specification). UgoTech additionally provides a workmanship guarantee on installation labour for a period confirmed at handover. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, extreme weather events, or third-party electrical work.

6. Maintenance & Support

Routine maintenance recommendations will be provided at handover. Maintenance visits outside any included service period may be chargeable. Our support line is available for service requests and technical questions relating to systems we installed.

7. Website Use

Content on this website — including text, images, logos and product descriptions — is the property of UgoTech Energy Limited unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. We aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that all content, including pricing, is free of errors at all times.

8. Cancellations

Cancellation terms, including any applicable refund of deposits already used for equipment procurement, will be set out in your individual project agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, UgoTech's liability for any claim relating to a product or installation is limited to the value of the relevant contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
